Honors! Heysea Power Catamaran Wins the Gold Prize at the 2023 Jiangmen "Mayor's Cup" Industrial Design Competition
Industrial development relies on innovative design; similarly, maritime development requires constant technological innovation. At the 2023 Jiangmen Designer Night - "Mayor's Design Award" ceremony, the Heysea Vista 75 Power Catamaran (formerly known as Heysea CAT 70) was awarded the "Gold Prize" in the industrial design competition's product design category, while Mr. Liu Zihao, Director of the Technical Department, was honored as one of the "Top Ten Outstanding Industrial Designers in Jiangmen."
This year's competition, themed "Innovation, Empowerment, Fusion," aims to encourage innovative thinking and achieve industrial upgrading and transformation through the empowerment of design. The Heysea team understands the importance of innovation and has been cultivating its own design team for many years. It has also collaborated with renowned foreign yacht designers multiple times, fostering diverse inspirations to create a more mature design style, continuously supplying new momentum to the maritime industry's design.
The Vista 75 inherits the essence of superyacht design while breaking through the boundaries of traditional design, adding a green sustainable gene to it.
With a length of 22.6 meters and a width of 11 meters, the Vista 75 integrates spacious layout and sleek lines, resembling a small private "mobile island" with higher stability, larger volume, and lower fuel consumption.
In terms of power, the Vista 75 is equipped with two 1000hp engines, achieving a maximum speed of 21 knots and a range of 1000 nautical miles. This state-of-the-art power transmission system, based on automotive standards, provides the capability for global navigation to owners and guests alike. The flybridge hardtop is equipped with a solar power generation system, converting collected solar energy into electricity for daily living aboard.
Maintaining the highest level of comfort, refinement, and livability is the hallmark of all Heysea models. With integrated bar areas, separate dining areas, multifunctional entertainment areas, intelligent helm stations, and comfortable lounging areas, every need is catered to. Human-centered designs are incorporated into details, such as the stern lifting platform serving as a jet ski garage or water-level platform, and the flybridge optionally equipped with a spa massage tub, all customizable according to the owner's preferences.
The first Vista 75 Power Catamaran by Heysea is scheduled for delivery at the end of January 2024, where the owner will sail from Hong Kong to Australia, participating in the Australia Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show in May next year.
In addition to the award-winning Vista 75, Heysea's production of the Asteria 142 superyacht, Seaview 56, and Seaview 48 catamarans have all received awards at previous Jiangmen "Mayor's Cup" competitions and have delivered multiple units of the same models in the market, achieving outstanding results.
In the rapidly developing technological revolution and industrial transformation, new vitality is being nurtured for industrial design. This award is recognition of Heysea's innovation in the field of industrial design and marks a new starting point in its pursuit of excellence.
Looking ahead, Heysea will continue to uphold its core values of "excellence in craftsmanship, innovation in design," committed to building more high-quality, high-performance yacht products, bringing more surprises and breakthroughs to the global yacht market!
